Bungie recently wrapped up the Destiny 2 Beta on PS4 and Xbox One and have today detailed a few changes which will be coming to the Beta when it hits PC on August 28.
First to get tweaked is the super move system. In the previous beta, players were able to exploit a glitch which enabled them to use infinite super moves. In addition, the time it takes to charge said super move has been reduced with Bungie stating in a blog post “We agree it was taking a bit too long to cook up a Super.”
The Warlock class has also been adjusted and now has the same melee range as all other classes. Grenades have been made more powerful to compensate for the longer cooldown periods and power ammo will now occur more often; “The PC beta has been updated with our new values and will provide much more power ammo in PvE than what was found before. Power ammo can also be directly farmed from all Yellow Bar Combatants. Go big, Guardians!”
Destiny 2 launches September 6 for console players while those on PC (check out the system requirements here) will have to wait until October 24 to dive in. Read our thoughts on the Destiny 2 Beta here.
